Health and Safety education
Each Peel HR employee goes through a rigorous Health and Safety program which consists of workplace health and safety rules, along with a WHMIS introduction. Our goal is to ensure they know the importance of safe work habits wherever they are assigned. Extra briefing is provided for special safety concerns such as dangerous good handling.
Training and Development
At Peel HR, to preserve our quality promise, we make sure our employees can conveniently access additional training. Our wide-range resource center maintains timely information about skill development. A portion of our program consists of safety drills and hands on skill development. We strive to encourage professional development.
Ongoing Support
To maintain our quality standards, Peel HR keeps an up to date training and development programs regarding employee safety.
COVID Safety and Screening
Peel HR ensures that all our employees are screened and tested on site to ensure the safety of our employees and our clients. Our organization takes pride in ensuring adequate safety standards by checking employees’ temperatures and providing them with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as well as sanitizers.
